我广过去进口的日本可调整水平仪,车间使用后,普遍反映稳定性不好,长期搁置不用,经我们调查研究,发现可调整设计结构(图1)不好,致使:1.轴向球头1与2接触压力难以控制。2.螺钉3太细,加上螺帽4、6和支承5的精度不好,当螺帽4、6拧紧时,它们之间相互变形,产生潜在内应力。由于以上原因,当生产工人在使用中产生碰击震动和温度变化的影响,引起了水平仪在使用中的不稳定。面对我厂严重缺乏水平仪的情况,我们通过学习无产阶级专政理论,进一步明确了计量要为生产服务的方向。根据上海、山东潍坊水平仪厂产品的偏心可调整结构的原理,作了如图2的改进:
