本工作应用核团灌流液的放射免疫测定(RIA),高压液相(HPLC)以及核团内注射拮抗剂,观察了蓝斑(LC)在刺激下丘脑视上核(SON)引起的加强电针(EA)镇痛效应中的作用。结果表明:化学刺激SON后电针期间和停针后30、60min,蓝斑灌流液内OT的含量明显升高,刺激SON后电针期间灌流液内精氨酸加压素(AVP)含量明显升高,停针后AVP的含量虽高于对照组及注射前的水平,但无统计学意义。LC灌流液内去甲肾上腺素(NE)的含量在刺激SON后EA和停针后均明显低于人工脑脊液(ACSF)对照组和注射前的NE含量,但与对照组相比无差异,LC灌洗液内5-羟色胺(5—HT)的含量仅在刺激SON后EA期间,高于注射前各组及ACSF组和ACSF+EA对照组,停针后则恢复到对照水平:LC内注射加压素V2受体拮抗剂对刺激SON引起的加强电针镇痛效应有轻度抑制作用,V1拮抗剂无明显影响,催产素拮抗剂可完全阻断这种作用,根据以上结果进行了讨论。
