庞庄水库是一座具有灌溉、防洪、发电、养鱼等综合效益的中型水库，控制流域面积２７８ｋｍ２，始建于１９７１年８月，由于受时代的影响和技术、经济条件的限制，在规划、勘测、设计和施工等方面都不同程度地存在问题，致使运行中出现了病险事故，多年来该库不得不降低标准，空库冒险渡汛，水库效益达不到原设计要求。本文从历史、地质、设计、施工等多方面，对庞庄水库病险的成因进行了分析，并提出了水库除险改造的意见。
Pangzhuang Reservoir is a medium-sized reservoir with comprehensive benefits of irrigation, flood control, power generation and fish farming. Its control basin covers an area of 278km2 and was built in August 1971. Due to the impact of the times and the technical and economic conditions, The survey, design and construction have problems to varying degrees, resulting in the operation of the accident occurred, the library had to reduce the standard over the years, empty reservoir adventure flood, reservoir efficiency can not meet the original design requirements. This paper analyzes the causes of Pangzhuang Reservoir’s disease from many aspects, such as history, geology, design and construction, and puts forward some opinions on reservoir rehabilitation.
