近年来,我国港口企业建设企业文化表现了极大的文化自觉,宁波港、龙口港先后实施了企业文化塑造工程,取得了理想的效果。王超逸先生作为资深的企业文化策划专家,之前已创造了中央电视台·中视传媒、中国新兴建设和昆明钢铁集团等经典案例,此次又担任两家港口的总策划兼项目负责人。最近,记者就港口业企业文化建设问题,专访了中国文化研究会企业文化专业委员会主任、研究员王超逸先生。
