工程质量形成于施工项目,是公司形象的窗口,而项目质量管理是公司质量管理的基础,因此抓工程质量必须从施工项目抓起。抓项目质量管理包含两个层次:一是企业层次,二是项目层次。本文以河北冶金建设集团有限公司承建的某年产100万吨中板生产线工程为例,来讲述此两个层次的质量管理。
