随着高校环境的不断变化,辅导员队伍显得越来越重要,而众多研究表明,这支年轻的队伍还存在着许多问题,如人才流失率高,自我认同感低,保障体制机制不完善等。面对高校辅导员的问题,各高校尤其是高职院校要为辅导员队伍建设创造良好外在环境,辅导员也要发挥主观能动性提升职业素养。
As the environment of colleges and universities changes constantly, counselors become more and more important, and many researches show that there are still many problems in this young team, such as the high rate of brain drain, the low self-identity and the imperfect institutional mechanisms . Faced with the problems of college counselors, all colleges and universities, especially higher vocational colleges, should create a good external environment for the construction of counselors, and counselors should also use their subjective initiative to enhance their professional accomplishments.
