目的 探讨神经外科医院感染的易感部位、相关因素及防治措施 ,指导临床合理治疗。方法 回顾性调查我院近 3年来神经外科住院患者的有关临床资料 ,对确诊医院感染 3 2 0例患者的主要病原体进行药敏试验测定。结果 神经外科医院感染的易感部位依次为下呼吸道、泌尿道、中枢神经系统及切口 ;细菌学检查共检出医院感染病原菌 73 7株 ,为铜绿假单胞菌 ( 196株 ,占2 6 5 9%)、金黄色葡萄球菌 ( 15 0株 ,占 2 0 3 5 %)、肺炎克雷伯菌 ( 10 5株 ,占 14 2 5 %)位居前 3位。结论 耐药菌株是院内感染的主要病原体 ,采取相应预防措施 ,定期行药敏实验 ,依据药敏实验调整用药 ,可获得满意疗效
Objective To investigate the susceptible sites, related factors and prevention and treatment measures of neurosurgical nosocomial infections and to guide clinical rational treatment. Methods The clinical data of inpatients with neurosurgery in the past three years in our hospital were retrospectively investigated. The susceptibility test was performed on the major pathogens in 320 cases of nosocomial infection. Results The susceptible sites of neurosurgical nosocomial infection were lower respiratory tract, urinary tract, central nervous system and incision in succession. A total of 73 7 pathogenic bacteria of nosocomial infection were detected by bacteriological examination, which were Pseudomonas aeruginosa (196 strains, accounting for 26.5% Staphylococcus aureus (15 0 strains, accounting for 20.35%) and Klebsiella pneumoniae (105 strains, 14 2 5%) were among the top three. Conclusion The drug-resistant strains are the main pathogens of nosocomial infection. Take appropriate preventive measures, regular drug susceptibility test, based on drug susceptibility experiments to adjust the medication, to obtain satisfactory results
