随着我国经济建设的不断发展,企业对高职应用型人才的需求越来越高。然而很多高职生毕业后却很难适应自己的工作岗位,甚至出现学难致用的现象。究其原因,与高职生不良的学习习惯有着密切的联系。“任务驱动式”教学方式能帮助学生形成知识、技能、能力的构建,在学习的同时能发掘自己探索求知的欲望,培养良好的团队协作能力。只有立足于改变当前高职生的学习习惯,培养良好的自主学习能力才能适应时代的发展要求。
With the constant development of our country’s economic construction, the demand for applied talents in higher vocational colleges is getting higher and higher. However, after graduating from vocational school, many students find it hard to adapt to their jobs and even learn to use hard things. The reason for this is that it is closely linked to the poor learning habits of higher vocational students. “Task-driven ” teaching methods can help students to form knowledge, skills and ability to build, while learning to explore their own desire to explore knowledge, cultivate good teamwork skills. Only based on changing the current study habits of higher vocational students to develop a good ability of independent learning to adapt to the requirements of the development of the times.
