[目的]探讨hTERC基因表达与宫颈癌及其癌前病变的关系。[方法]应用荧光原位杂交技术(FISH)检测104例宫颈脱落细胞标本的hTERC基因表达情况,其中79例为宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN),25例为浸润性宫颈癌患者。另有炎症20例作为对照。[结果]hTERC基因在对照组、CINⅠ、CINⅡ、CINⅢ,及宫颈癌组阳性表达分别为5.0%、13.6%、58.5%、75.0%和88.0%,组间表达差异有统计学意义,且呈现随宫颈病变程度的增加,hTERC基因阳性表达率逐渐上升的趋势(趋势χ2=43.726,P=0.000)。[结论]3号染色体上hTERC基因的阳性表达,与宫颈癌的发生发展有密切关系。hTERC基因阳性表达检测对宫颈癌的早诊早治有一定意义。
[Objective] To investigate the relationship between hTERC gene expression and cervical cancer and its precancerous lesions. [Method] The expression of hTERC gene in 104 specimens of cervical exfoliated cells was detected by fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH), of which 79 were cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) and 25 were invasive cervical cancer. Another 20 cases of inflammation as a control. [Results] The positive expression rates of hTERC gene in control group, CINⅠ, CINⅡ, CINⅢ and cervical cancer group were 5.0%, 13.6%, 58.5%, 75.0% and 88.0%, respectively. There was significant difference between the two groups Cervical lesions increased, hTERC gene positive expression rate gradually increased trend (trend χ2 = 43.726, P = 0.000). [Conclusion] The positive expression of hTERC gene on chromosome 3 is closely related to the occurrence and development of cervical cancer. Detection of hTERC gene positive expression of cervical cancer early diagnosis and treatment have some significance.
