广播正经历着电视冲击阵痛后的新的改革时期。广播主持人节目的兴起和发展是这一改革的重要标志。有人称之为“一场革命”。全国广播主持人节目的蓬勃发展,是改革深入,技术进步所产生的必然趋势,也是广播工作者遵循广播规律办广播所得的辛勤成果。改革意味着对旧事物的否定,要实现这种否定首先要转变观念,特别是转变领导者的观念。反过来不断丰富的改革实践,又促进了广播界领导者观念的转变和认识的深化。
Broadcasting is experiencing a period of new reforms following the painful television shock. The rise and development of radio host programs is an important symbol of this reform. Some call it “a revolution.” The vigorous development of the national radio host program is an inevitable trend arising from the deepening of reform and technological progress, as well as the hard work of radio workers in broadcasting according to the law of radio broadcasting. Reform means denying the old things. To achieve this negation, we must first change our concepts, especially the leader’s ideas. In turn, the ever-changing practice of reform has promoted the transformation of the concept of leaders in the broadcasting industry and the deepening of understanding.
