选用中性粒细胞吞噬功能和T淋巴细胞及其亚群测定方法,对长期饮用高本底放射性饮水矿区职工的细胞免疫功能进行了观察.结果显示:高本底放射性饮水对暴露人群井上职工的细胞免疫功能有一定的促进作用,表现为中性粒细胞吞噬功能增强,T淋巴细胞总体水平显著升高(P<0.05).调查同时也发现,井下职工的细胞免疫功能则有下降趋势,主要表现在T4/T8比值降低,作者认为这可能主要与矿井下特殊的作业环境有关,并建议对此做进一步的研究
Neutrophil phagocytosis and T lymphocyte subsets measurement methods were used to observe the cellular immune function of long-term drinking high-level radioactive drinking water employees. The results showed that high background radioactive drinking water had a certain promotion effect on the cellular immune function of workers exposed to the well. The phagocytic function of neutrophils increased and the overall level of T lymphocytes increased significantly (P <0.05). The survey also found that underground workers’ cellular immune function has a downward trend, mainly in the T4 / T8 ratio decreased, the authors believe that this may be mainly related to the special working environment in the mine, and recommended further study
