针对热轧输送辊道加设保温罩后因温升出现两端轴承卡死的现象,采用有限单元法对输送辊道温度场进行数值仿真。通过将输送辊道瞬态温度场计算分解为辊身径向截面瞬态温度场计算和辊系轴向稳态温度场计算,得到了输送辊运行过程中的温度场分布,简化了计算量,并提出相应的冷却水量计算方法,为制定输送辊道的冷却方案提供依据。
Aiming at the phenomenon of the bearing stuck at both ends of the hot roller conveyor roller after the temperature increase, the finite element method is used to simulate the temperature field of the roller conveyor.
