设计说明:产品运用仿生设计方法,提取鸟背的曲线,使其形成柔和的过渡面,符合用户在使用焊割设备时手自然舒适的握持姿势,整体形态稳定、合理。人机工程方面,优化了工具背部线条的曲率,改变了产品的内侧线条曲率,使用户的掌心能够留有一定空隙,提供足够的握距,从而使用户在操作中处于一种舒适放松的状态。
Design Description: The product uses the bionic design method to extract the curve of the bird’s back so that it forms a soft transitional surface, which is in line with the user’s natural and comfortable holding posture when using the welding and cutting equipment. The overall shape is stable and reasonable. In ergonomics, the curvature of the back of the tool is optimized, the curvatures of the inside lines of the product are changed, the user’s palm is left with a certain gap and a sufficient grip, so that the user can enjoy a relaxed and comfortable operation .
