在十七大报告中出现较多的一个词就是“发展”。中国特色社会主义由建设到发展,经济建设从强调增长到又好又快发展,体现了党执政理念的新转变。至此,科学发展观作为马克思主义与时俱进的创新理论,成为中国特色社会主义理论体系的重要组成部分,被确立为党的战略指导思想。作为国民经济主体的国有煤炭企业,如何全面落实科学发展观,实现企业又好又快地可持续发展、和谐发展,这是今后煤炭企业面临的一个必须解决好的重大问题。
One of the more words appearing in the report of the 17th National Congress is “Development ”. The construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics from development to development, from emphasizing growth to sound and rapid development, embodies the new transformation of the party’s governing philosophy. So far, as an innovative theory of keeping Marxism up-to-date, the scientific concept of development has become an important part of the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics and has been established as the strategic guiding ideology of the party. As a state-owned coal enterprise, how to fully implement the scientific concept of development and achieve sound, rapid, sustainable and harmonious development of the enterprise is a major issue that coal enterprises must solve in the future.
