利用68个“美国小麦品种×中国小麦品种”的 F_1及其亲本研究了小麦杂种 F_1的籽粒蛋白质,籽粒赖氨酸含量和 S.D.S.沉淀值的遗传行为:(1)不同组合的相对优势表明:三个籽粒品质性状均存在:倾低亲、近中亲、倾高亲及超高、低亲等遗传应象。但 F_1籽粒蛋白质含量以近中亲遗传为主;大多数组合的 F_1籽粒赖氨酸含量倾向其低亲或超低亲,说明低的籽粒赖氨酸含量主要为部分显性,显性或超显性;大多数组合的 F_1S.D.S.沉淀值倾向其高亲或超高亲,说明高的 S.D.S.沉淀值主要为部分显性或超显性。(2)F_1的籽粒蛋白质,籽粒赖氮酸含量,S.D.S.沉淀值都与双亲的平均值存在极显著的正相关。因此在选择亲本和配置组合时,应考虑双亲的平均水平。(8)籽粒的蛋白质含量与蛋白质中的赖氨酸含量存在显著的负相关;与籽粒中赖氨酸含量存在显著的正相关;籽拉的蛋白质含量与 S.D.S.沉淀值间相关不显著。
The genetic behavior of grain protein, grain lysine content and SDS sedimentation value in wheat F1 hybrids was studied using F_1 and its parents of 68 “American wheat varieties × Chinese wheat varieties”: (1) The relative superiority of different combinations indicated : Three grain quality traits exist: lower pro-pro, middle pro, progensity and progeny, low progenitor genetic phenomenon. However, the F_1 grain protein content was mainly near-progeny. The lysine content of F_1 in most of the combinations tended to be low or low pro-parents, indicating that the low lysine content in grains was mainly dominant, dominant or super-significant Most combinations of F_1S.DS precipitation values favor either high or high progenies, indicating that high SDS sedimentation values are predominantly dominant or super-dominant. (2) There was an extremely significant positive correlation between the grain protein, grain nitrogen content, S.D.S. sediment value of F_1 and average value of parents. Therefore, in selecting parents and configuring combinations, the average level of parents should be considered. (8) There was a significant negative correlation between grain protein content and lysine content in protein, and significant positive correlation with grain lysine content. There was no significant correlation between protein content and S.D.S. sediment value.
