对69例(101例次)白血病及其出血者和化疗前后的血液粘滞度7项指标进行观察,并同30例健康人进行对照。结果发现急性白血病患者WBVLSR 和WBVHSR 明显低于对照组(P<0.01~0.001),慢性白血病则相反,但P>0.05;多次化疗后和出血者WBVLSR 和WBVHSR 亦呈明显降低(P<0.005~0.001)。三种血细胞与全血粘度的相关分析表明,RBC(或Hb)与全血粘度呈高度正相关(P>0.01),提示急性白血病时贫血是影响全血粘度的重要因素之一。
Sixty-nine patients (101 cases) with leukemia and their hemorrhage and 7 indicators of blood viscosity before and after chemotherapy were observed and compared with 30 healthy people. The results showed that WBVLSR and WBVHSR in acute leukemia patients were significantly lower than those in control group (P <0.01 ~ 0.001), chronic leukemia was the opposite, but P> 0.05; WBVLSR and WBVHSR were significantly decreased after multiple chemotherapy and hemorrhage (P <0.005 ~ 0.001). Correlation analysis between the three blood cells and the whole blood viscosity showed that RBC (or Hb) was highly positively correlated with whole blood viscosity (P> 0.01), suggesting that anemia in acute leukemia is one of the important factors affecting the whole blood viscosity.
