非公经济36条出台5年后,2010年国家又出台了非公经济新36条。新36条提出了四个方面的政策措施,为民营投资提供制度安排和体制保证。新36条是党中央、国务院一项很重要的战略决策,是民营企业发展新的里程碑,体现了党中央、国务院对民间投资的高度重视。它对于进一步帮助民营企业应对当前国际金融风险,推动民营经济发展具有重要意义。
After the promulgation of the non-public economy 36 five years later, in 2010 the government introduced 36 new non-public economies. The new Article 36 proposes four policies and measures to provide institutional arrangements and institutional guarantees for private investment. The new Article 36 is a very important strategic decision made by the Party Central Committee and the State Council and a new milestone in the development of private-owned enterprises. It shows that the CPC Central Committee and the State Council attach great importance to private investment. It is of great significance to further help private enterprises deal with the current international financial risks and promote the development of private economy.
