河南省许昌地区财政局,在纠正不正之风中,发动群众,查表现,摆危害。通过查、摆、改(整改)的活动,查出今年春节地区财政局接受一些县财政局送来的试制烟和试制酒等物品,有的少付了款,有的当时未付款。这些问题,大家认为是不正之风的表现。
Xuchang, Henan Province, the Financial Bureau, in correcting unhealthy tendencies, mobilize the masses, check performance, put harm. Through investigation, pendulum and reform (rectification), it was found out that the Spring Festival local financial bureau accepted trial tobacco and trial alcohol produced by some county finance bureaux. Some paid less and some did not pay at the time. These problems, which we think are unhealthy manifestations.
