采用单因子浓度梯度法,以基础饲料为对照组,分别将木聚糖酶和复合酶制剂PS以0.05%、0.10%、0.15%的剂量添加到基础饲料中,饲养尼罗罗非鱼(初重32.65±4.16g),60d后测定鱼体的生长性能和非特异性免疫能力。结果表明:饲料中添加木聚糖酶、复合酶制剂PS能显著促进尼罗罗非鱼的生长;添加酶制剂实验组的超氧化物歧化酶活性、溶菌酶活力和抗活性氧能力均显著高于对照组(P<0.01),添加酶制剂能够提高尼罗罗非鱼的非特异性免疫能力。木聚糖酶或复合酶制剂PS在尼罗罗非鱼饲料中的的适宜添加量是0.1%。
Single factor concentration gradient method and basic diet were used as the control group. The xylanase and compound enzyme preparation PS were added into basal diet at 0.05%, 0.10% and 0.15% respectively, 32.65 ± 4.16g). After 60 days, the growth performance and non-specific immunity of the fish were measured. The results showed that the addition of xylanase and PS could significantly promote the growth of Nile tilapia, and the activities of superoxide dismutase, lysozyme and anti-active oxygen in the experimental group supplemented with enzyme were significantly higher In the control group (P <0.01), enzyme supplementation increased the non-specific immunity of Nile tilapia. The suitable adding amount of xylanase or complex enzyme preparation PS in Nile tilapia feed is 0.1%.
