2002年2月22日,中国最大的农药除草剂——草甘膦生产企业,浙江新安化工集团股份有限公司收到澳大利亚海关对中国草甘膦反倾销调查结果的公告。该公告认为中国草甘膦市场不存在价格控制,该市场有合适的可估定的正常价值;绝大多数企业的倾销幅度为负数,出口产品没有倾销。因此澳大利亚司法与海关部长接受了海关调查报告的建议,决定对中国出口至澳大利亚的草甘膦不采取任何反倾销措施。至此,历时九个月的以 XX公司为首策划的澳大利亚第二次反倾销案,以中方全胜而宣告结案。
February 22, 2002, China’s largest pesticide herbicides - glyphosate manufacturers, Zhejiang Xin’an Chemical Industry Group Co., Ltd. received the Australian Customs on the results of the anti-dumping investigation of glyphosate in China Notice.
