患者,女,54岁,因左侧鼻腔渐进性鼻塞伴间断性鼻出血1年,于1994年12月2日收住院。患者自1993年开始出现左侧鼻腔呼吸不畅,渐加重,伴间断性鼻出血,外院诊为“鼻息肉”行手术及抗炎治疗。检查:心肺肝未见异常。左侧鼻腔有一淡红色肿物,表面欠光滑,质脆,触之易出血,间接鼻咽镜检查示鼻咽部(一),上颁窦 CT 示左侧鼻腔及上颌窦均匀密度增高影。内侧壁侵蚀破坏,余骨壁完整。
The patient, female, 54 years old, was admitted to hospital on December 2, 1994 due to a left nasal progressive nasal obstruction with intermittent epistaxis for 1 year.
