1983年对重庆市聋哑学校236名学生进行了聋哑病因调查。男111人，女125人。年龄在8～20岁之间，其分布见表1。
In 1983, deaf-mute etiology investigation was conducted on 236 students in deaf-mute school in Chongqing. 111 men and 125 women. Age in the 8 to 20 years old, its distribution in Table 1.
