目的:对马来酸桂哌齐特合成工艺进行改进。方法:以四氢吡咯和3,4,5-三甲氧基肉桂酸为原料,经过酰化、胺化、氯代、缩合、最后与马来酸成盐等步骤合成马来酸桂哌齐特。结果:所得产物化学结构经核磁共振氢谱及质谱确证,总收率为59.6%;产物纯度经由HPLC法测定含量为99.2%。结论:该合成工艺简便、合理、可行,适于工业化生产。
Objective: To improve the synthesis process of cinepazide maleate. Methods: Tetrahydropyrrole and 3,4,5-trimethoxycinnamic acid were used as starting materials to synthesize cinepazide maleate by acylation, amination, chlorination, condensation and finally salt formation with maleic acid . Results: The chemical structure of the obtained product was confirmed by 1H NMR and MS spectra. The total yield was 59.6%. The product purity was 99.2% by HPLC. Conclusion: The synthesis process is simple, reasonable and feasible, suitable for industrial production.
