设计了一套矿井提升机变频节能运行系统,此系统由提升机、数据采集卡、变频器、RS232-485转换器和上位计算机监控程序组成,实现了矿井提升机节能运行及远程监控。系统采用变频调速及上位机精确控制等措施,与传统的电机转子串电阻调速方式相比,有效降低了能耗。实际测算节能约20%。
A set of mine hoist frequency conversion energy-saving operation system is designed. The system consists of elevator, data acquisition card, frequency converter, RS232-485 converter and host computer monitoring program, which realizes the energy saving operation and remote monitoring of mine hoister. The system uses frequency control and PC precise control and other measures, compared with the traditional motor rotor resistor series speed control, effectively reducing energy consumption. The actual measured energy savings of about 20%.
