开展职业教育工作是中职学校的根本责任,随着社会的发展和需求,在职业学校开展培训活动显得越来越重要,职业学校应当充分利用师资、场地、设备、技术等资源优势,创办校内企业,开展对外培训业务,形成“企业促专业—专业带企业”的互促互通体系,提升特色及竞争力,大大提高学校服务企业,服务区域经济社会发展的能力。然而,中职学校普遍对服务社会这一功能重视不够,机制不完善,方法不多,服务能力不强。面对经济新常态,产业转型升级的新形势,职业学校应更好地整合学校资源,创新培训模式,大力提高服务企业、服务社会的能力。
