我认为，把激励引入课堂教学中，可以有效地改变我们的教学风格，可以为学生添加一支奋发向上的催化剂，为他们积极进取、乐观向上提供动力，这也正是素质教育的宗旨所在。那么，课堂教学中如何运用激励呢？首先，教师要树立新的教育观念，树立“我的学生一定会进步、会成才”?
I believe that the introduction of motivation into classroom teaching can effectively change our teaching style. It can add a catalyst for students to work hard and provide them with motivation.
