1、渐进式改革进入临界态 目前已很难用简单明了的语言,概括众人对形势的感受。经济的发展与改革,已出现了多元化态势,同一事物的多面性已充分显露:中国经济在严峻的形势下持续三年高速增长;人民生活水平在从未有过的高通胀中普遍提高;国营企业改革成效不大;非国有经济顺应市场经济的潮流而获得成功;在改革全面推进的同时出台一系列遏制“改革”势头的措施。
