温度是工业生产中常见的工艺参数之一,任何物理变化和化学反应过程都与温度密切相关.在科学研究和生产实践的诸多领域中,温度控制占据着极为重要的地位,特别是在冶金、化工、建材、食品、机械、石油等工业领域作用举足轻重.该文采用西门子PLC200为核心控制器设计了一个温度控制系统,运用PID算法来控制温度,并通过实物调试验证系统的准确性与可靠性.
Temperature is one of the common process parameters in industrial production, and any physical change and chemical reaction process are closely related to temperature.Temperature control occupies a very important position in many fields of scientific research and production practice, especially in metallurgy, Chemical industry, building materials, food, machinery, petroleum and other industries play a decisive role.In this paper, Siemens PLC200 as the core controller design a temperature control system, the use of PID algorithm to control the temperature, and through physical debugging to verify the accuracy and reliability of the system .
