铅其实一点也不黑,只不过是长期暴露在空气中,表面就会生成一层暗灰色的氧化物,遮盖了原本青白色的金属色。由于铅的熔点低,又比较软,而且很容易冶炼,是人类最早使用的金属。然而在尘封的历史中,铅的阴影曾笼罩着世界!铅让古罗马人短命罗马时代,人们酷爱甜食,他们把葡萄汁熬成很浓的糖浆添加在食物中。罗马人用铅制容器来储存这些糖浆。而葡萄汁中的酸可以将铅溶解出来,形成醋酸铅。但醋酸铅也是甜味的,人们无法发觉糖浆的异样。文/彭波图/天地绘
