临床上曾见到一名54岁男性病例,其症状为向心性肥胖、满月脸,还患有糖尿病、白细胞增多症。初疑为柯兴氏综合征,施行肾上腺皮质功能检查时,发现血中皮质醇、尿中17—羟皮质类固醇(17-OHCS)值极低,这与预想的相反。最后,培养皮肤纤维母细胞证实了细胞对糖皮质激素有超强反应。作者将其诊断为皮质醇过敏综合征,并提出了新的疾病概念。诊断中应注意与引起低皮质醇血症的疾病如医
Clinic has seen a 54-year-old male cases, the symptoms of centripetal obesity, full moon face, but also suffering from diabetes, leukocytosis. Initial suspicion of Cushing’s syndrome, the implementation of adrenal function tests, found in blood cortisol, urinary 17-hydroxy corticosteroids (17-OHCS) value is extremely low, contrary to expectations.
