本文从海绵球的特点入手,分析在网球公体课的教学中加入海绵球的练习,以期丰富高校网球的教学,为高校公体网球教学提供一些理论参考。
This article starts from the characteristics of sponge ball, analyzes the practice of adding sponge ball to tennis public class teaching in order to enrich the teaching of tennis in colleges and universities, and provides some theoretical references for tennis teaching in college public tennis.
