采用普通低炭钢焊条,对铸铁件进行冷焊修复,比起其它办法,具有方法简单、操作方便、工作条件好、生产效率高、工件变形小和成本较低的特点。在社会主义建设事业中,为节约大量人力、物力具有很大的经济意义。但是,由于铸铁的强度低、塑性极差、对冷却速度敏感性大;而且,在施焊时,焊接熔池的加热熔化和冷却过程都在极短时间内完成。因而,铸铁电弧冷焊的措施若采取不当,往往不易得到良好的效果,在焊接工作中容易产生以下的困难。
Compared with other methods, ordinary low carbon steel welding rod is used for cold welding repair of cast iron. The method has the advantages of simple method, convenient operation, good working condition, high production efficiency, small deformation of workpiece and low cost. In the cause of socialist construction, in order to save a lot of manpower and material resources, it has great economic significance. However, due to the low strength of cast iron, the plasticity is very poor and the sensitivity to the cooling rate is great. Moreover, the heat melting and cooling of the welding pool are completed in a very short time during the welding. Therefore, the cast iron arc cold welding measures if not taken properly, often not easy to get good results in the welding work prone to the following difficulties.
