各市州、县(市)人民政府,省政府各厅委、各直属机构:现将《国务院办公厅关于深化安全生产专项整治工作的通知》(国办发[2003]60号,以下简称《通知》)转发给你们,并经省政府同意,就贯彻落实《通知》精神提出以下要求,请结合实际,一并认真贯彻执行。一、加强领导,增强抓好深化安全生产专项整治工作的自觉性各地、各部门要充分认识深入开展安全生产专项整治工作的必要性,为深化整治打下坚实思想基础。对事故多发、人民群众普遍关注的重点行业和领域集中开展安全生产专项整治,是党中央、国务院的正确决策,是整顿和规范社会主义市场经济秩序的重要内容,是一项长期而艰巨的任务。各地、各部门既要看到两年多来整治工作取得的成绩,增强信心,又要看到由于工作进展不平衡而存在的问题和差距,克服松劲厌战情绪。要不断总结经验,再接再厉,把安全生产专项整治工作继续抓实、抓好,抓出新的成效。
