让不同学业水平的学生得到全面、和谐、充分、健康的发展,并使之各得其所,是青岛市崂山区第一中学(以下简称“崂山一中”)探索发展理论的重点。为此,学校提出“为了每一个学生的充分发展”的指导标准。在实践中,崂山一中提出“育人至谋,发展至本”的办学理念,即“育人”是学校的最大发展战略,“发展”是学校的生存之根本,育好人才能发展好,发展好才能育好人。所以说,发展既是学校的发展,也是学生的发展。
Let students of different academic levels get comprehensive, harmonious, full and healthy development and make them their own advantages. It is the focal point of exploring the theory of development in Laoshan District No. 1 Middle School of Laoshan District (hereinafter referred to as “Laoshan No.1 Middle School”). To this end, the school proposes “guidelines for the full development of every student”. In practice, Laoshan first proposed that the concept of running a school should be “educating people and seeking development to the bottom”, that is, “educating people” is the school’s maximum development strategy, and “development” is the fundamental survival of the school. Well-educated people can develop well, develop well in order to raise good people. Therefore, development is both a school’s development and a student’s development.
