本文从探讨当前高职院校辅导员角色定位问题出发,详细阐述了高职院校辅导员工作的重要性和重要地位。接着笔者又深入分析了现阶段我国高职院校学生的思想状况和辅导员思想教育工作开展的现状。最后,笔者结合多年自身教育研究经验提出了以社会主义核心价值体系引领高职院校思想政治教育工作的工作方法。
Based on the discussion of the role orientation of counselors in higher vocational colleges, this paper expounds in detail the importance and importance of counselors in higher vocational colleges. Then I further analyzed the current situation of the ideological status of students in higher vocational colleges and counselors ideological education carried out in the status quo. Finally, combining with many years of self-education research experience, the author puts forward the working method of leading the ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges with the socialist core value system.
