1982年8月23日,作为中国知识产权一系列立法中的第一部法律,《中华人民共和国商标法》颁布,标志着中国知识产权体系发展的一个转折点。在这部重要法律颁布30周年之际,我谨代表世界知识产权组织,向中国政府、中国国家工商总局及所有在商标领域工作的中国同事表示热烈的祝贺和衷心的问候。
On August 23, 1982, as the first law in a series of legislation on intellectual property in China, the promulgation of the “Trademark Law of the People’s Republic of China” marked a turning point in the development of China’s intellectual property system. On the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the promulgation of this important law, on behalf of the World Intellectual Property Organization, I would like to extend my warm congratulations and heartfelt greetings to the Chinese government, the State Administration for Industry and Commerce of China, and all Chinese colleagues working in the field of trademarks.
