在冶炼Cr12N铁素体不锈钢时,发现有气泡产生。用TCH-600氧氮氢联测仪检测出的氮含量不能代表铸锭中氮的实际含量,建立了铸锭中氮的实际含量计算模型。凝固压力越大,铸锭中产生的气泡数量越少,模型计算值与TCH-600氧氮氢联测仪的检测值越接近。当凝固压力为1.8 MPa时,铸锭中的气泡将被完全抑制。
In smelting Cr12N ferritic stainless steel, bubbles were found. The nitrogen content detected by TCH-600 oxynitride detector can not represent the actual content of nitrogen in the ingot, and the calculation model of the actual content of nitrogen in the ingot is established. The larger the solidification pressure is, the smaller the number of bubbles in the ingot is. The closer the calculated value is to the measured value of the TCH-600 oxynitride detector. When the solidification pressure is 1.8 MPa, the bubbles in the ingot will be completely suppressed.
