1985年交通部颁发的JTJ012-84《水泥混凝土路面设计规范》明确规定“路面用的水泥混凝土设计强度应以抗折强度为标准”。其后在1986年国家计委颁发的国家标准GBT-85《水泥混凝土路面施工及验收规范》又明确规定水泥混凝土路面验收时的强度指标为三分点加载的抗折强度指标;再则以抗折强度为控制指标的水泥混凝土配合比设计新方法目前也已通过鉴定,不久也将在生产中付之应用。
1985 Ministry of Communications issued JTJ012-84 “Cement Concrete Pavement Design Code” clearly stipulates that “the design strength of concrete used pavement should be flexural strength as the standard.” Later in 1986, the State Development Planning Commission issued a national standard GBT-85 “Cement Concrete Pavement Construction and Acceptance Code” also clearly stipulates that the acceptance of cement concrete pavement strength indicators for the three-point loading of the bending strength index; then the resistance Fracture strength control indicators for the cement concrete mix design of new methods have also been identified, and will soon be paid in the production of applications.
