采用电刷镀工艺,在2Crl3不锈钢上制备了Ni-W(D)/PTFE复合镀层。采用扫描电镜、划痕仪和摩擦磨损试验机等对镀层形貌、结合强度及耐磨性进行了分析。结果表明,与Ni-W(D)合金镀层相比,随镀液中PTFE纳米颗粒含量增加,Ni-W(D)/PTFE复合镀层表面组织更加平整致密,镀层上的胞状突起减少。PTFE软质聚合物颗粒的均匀分布,缓解了Ni-W(D)/PTFE复合镀层的内应力,裂纹密度增加而宽度降低。镀层与打底层之间结合紧密。PTFE颗粒的自润滑作用,显著降低了复合镀层的摩擦系数,改变了镀层的磨损机制。
Brush-plating process was used to fabricate Ni-W (D) / PTFE composite coating on 2Crl3 stainless steel. The morphology, bonding strength and wear resistance of the coating were analyzed by SEM, scratch tester and friction and wear tester. The results show that the surface structure of Ni-W (D) / PTFE composite coating is more smooth and dense, and the number of cell-like protrusions on the coating decreases than that of Ni-W (D) alloy coating as the content of PTFE nanoparticles increases. The uniform distribution of PTFE soft polymer particles relieves the internal stress of the Ni-W (D) / PTFE composite coating, increasing the crack density and decreasing the width. PTFE particles self-lubricating effect, significantly reducing the friction coefficient of the composite coating, changing the wear mechanism of the coating.
