湖北省2010年开展发热伴血小板减少综合征(Severe Fever with Thrombocytopenia Syndrome,以下简称SFTS)监测的患者血标本中分离到一种新布尼亚科病毒〔1〕,该病毒尚属首次发现,该类疾病的重症患者可因多脏器损害,救治无效死亡〔2〕。为了减少重症和危重病例的发生,规范疾病的诊断,运用德尔菲法〔3〕构建SFTS重症和危重病例诊断标准。
A new Bunyakevirus [1] was isolated from blood samples of patients with fever and thrombocytopenia syndrome (hereinafter referred to as SFTS) monitored in Hubei Province in 2010 [1]. It is the first time that this virus has been found. Severe diseases may be due to multiple organ damage, treatment ineffective death 〔2〕. In order to reduce the incidence of critically ill and critically ill cases, to standardize the diagnosis of the disease, the use of Delphi method [3] to build SFTS diagnostic criteria for critically ill and critically ill patients.
