加大对国产直升机装备的选购力度,在“十二五”期间形成我国军民独立自主的航空应急救援体系我国是世界上自然灾害最多、损失最严重的国家之一。除自然灾害外,我国的事故灾难、公共卫生、社会安全等突发事件亦时有发生。这些时间和地域上离散分布的灾难给应急救援带来了很大困难,已经成为影响我国经济发展、社会稳定的重大制约因素。
Increasing the Selection of Helicopters for Domestic Helicopters and Establishing an Independent and Civil Aviation Emergency Rescue System for Our People During the 12th Five-Year Plan Period China is one of the countries with the most natural disasters and the worst losses in the world. In addition to natural disasters, unexpected incidents such as accident and disaster, public health and social security in our country occur from time to time. These disasters, scattered in time and geographically, have brought great difficulties to emergency rescue and have become a major constraint on China’s economic development and social stability.
