改革创新是时代潮流,也是组织工作的主旋律。十七大对党的建设和组织工作最根本的要求就是与时俱进、改革创新;全国组织工作会议对学习贯彻落实党的十七大关于党的建设重大战略思想作出部署和安排,最突出的主题也是改革创新。实践一再证明,只有坚持改革创新,组织工作才能始终充满生机与活力,才能落实好十七大提出的新思想、新部署、新举措,才能解决好人民群众最关心、最直接、最现实的问题,更好地为中心任务、工作对象和基层群众服务,让党委满意,让人民满意。全国组织工作会议结束后,山东省认真学习贯彻会议精神,按照省委常委会的要求,省委组织部于3月13日至15日举办了全省组织部长理论学习研讨班,对如何以改革创新精神做好新形势下的组织工作进行了研讨交流。这里,我们谨将研讨班的部分重要成果摘要刊登,供组工干部和广大党员干部学习参考。

After the national organization and working conference ended, Shandong Province conscientiously studied and implemented the spirit of the conference. In accordance with the requirements of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, the organizing department of the provincial party committee organized a seminar on the theoretical study of provincial ministers from March 13 to March 15, Innovation and do a good job in organizing the organization under the new situation discussed and exchanged. Here, we would like to publish a summary of some important achievements of the seminar for the reference of the cadres of group work cadres and party members and cadres.
