采用高温氧化法对SUS304不锈钢进行高温氧化着色,研究着色温度与着色时间对不锈钢颜色的影响,并采用CIE L*、a*、b*测色体系系统对高温氧化着色过程中颜色变化规律进行研究;同时通过SEM等分析方法探究不锈钢氧化膜的表面形貌和厚度,研究不锈钢氧化动力学曲线;结果表明,在不同着色温度区间,不锈钢氧化层不同所表现出来的颜色变化存在差异。
The effects of coloration temperature and coloration time on the color of stainless steel were investigated by high temperature oxidation method. The color change of the stainless steel was studied by CIE L *, a *, b * colorimetric system At the same time, the surface morphology and thickness of the stainless steel oxide film were investigated by SEM and the oxidation kinetics curves of stainless steel were studied. The results showed that there were differences in the color change of the stainless steel oxide layer in different coloring temperature range.
