专业课程体系设置合理与否对现场工程师培养目标的实现起着至关重要的作用。本文以西南交通大学希望学院为例,结合近年教学中掌握的学生特点,在明确用人单位对铁路运输专业人才需求状况的条件下,遵循理论够用、突出实际应用与现场工作能力的培养原则,构建了融合课堂教学、课程设计、实验室实验教学、企业实习的四维一体培养模式,用以构造出科学合理的专业课程体系。
Whether the professional curriculum system is reasonable or not plays an important role in the realization of the training objectives of on-site engineers. Taking Hope College of Southwest Jiaotong University as an example, under the conditions of the demand of railway transport professionals by employing units in light of the characteristics of students mastered in teaching in recent years, the paper follows the theory and emphasizes the cultivation principles of practical application and field work ability, Constructed a four-in-one training mode that integrates classroom teaching, curriculum design, laboratory experiment teaching and business practice to construct a scientific and reasonable professional curriculum system.
