用0.05mm 聚乙烯薄膜袋包装四个葡萄品种(AlPhonse Lavallee,Barlinka,Queen of the Vineyard,Waltham Cross)连同快速药包,在-0.5℃下贮藏三周,再在10℃贮藏一周,以研究部分预冷、缓慢预冷及通风对葡萄质量的影响。模拟部分预冷使葡萄分别在20小时内降温至7.0℃,28小时降至4.5℃,40小时降至1.5℃,60小时降至-0.5℃各处理分别在与预冷温度相同温度及-0.5℃下贮存。模拟缓慢预冷分别在30、60、72、120小时内降温至1.5℃。采用密封聚乙烯袋、每边100个微孔或每边10个5mm 孔袋,聚乙烯衬箱等方式在60小时内降温至-0.5℃贮存,以研究通气效果。在高于-0.5℃温度下贮存并用聚乙烯衬里箱会引起烂果增多及果梗干燥。降温至7℃随后在-0.5℃贮存或在120小时内降温至1.5℃并不会降低质量。葡萄园皇后品种的裂果及包装物浸湿程度与通气量成反比,但这两个缺点都不能完全避免。部分预冷措施可以提高预冷设备的生产能力。
