目的:观察槲皮素(Quercetin,Qu)对实验性糖尿病(DM)大鼠心肌损伤的保护作用。方法:用链脲佐菌素(STZ)建造DM大鼠模型。成模后用Qu(50mg.kg-1/d)灌胃处理DM大鼠,6周后测定心肌组织ATP酶活性、总抗氧化能力,并进行超微结构观察。结果:Qu能明显提高DM大鼠心肌Na+,k+-ATPase、Ca2+-ATPase及Mg2+-ATPase活性,提高心肌及血清总抗氧化能力,降低血清总胆固醇(TC)、谷草转氨酶(SGOP)、肌酸激酶-MB(CK-MB)水平,升高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C),但对血糖及血清甘油三酯无明显影响。经Qu治疗后可显著减轻DM大鼠心肌超微结构及病理改变。结论:Qu对DM大鼠心肌病变具有一定抑制作用,可能与其清除自由基、抑制醛糖还原酶、降低胆固醇等生物活性有关。
Objective: To observe the protective effect of quercetin on myocardial injury in experimental diabetic rats. Methods: DM rat model was established by streptozotocin (STZ). DM rats were treated with Qu (50mg.kg-1 / d) intragastrically after modeling. ATPase activity and total antioxidant capacity of cardiac muscle tissue were measured 6 weeks later, and the ultrastructure was observed. Results: Qu could significantly increase the activity of Na +, k + -ATPase, Ca2 + -ATPase and Mg2 + -ATPase in myocardium of DM rats, increase the total antioxidant capacity of myocardium and serum, decrease the levels of total cholesterol (TC), aspartate aminotransferase MB (CK-MB), elevated HDL-C, but had no significant effect on blood glucose and serum triglycerides. Qu treatment can significantly reduce myocardial ultrastructure and pathological changes in DM rats. Conclusion: Qu can inhibit myocardium of diabetic rats and may be related to the elimination of free radicals, inhibition of aldose reductase and cholesterol lowering.
