伯氨喹(伯喹,Primaquine)于1924年合成。1926年用作疟原虫红内期杀灭剂,当时尚无根治疟疾的动物模型。1950年发现伯喹根治疟疾的作用优于扑疟喹(pamaquine),且能杀配子体及恶性疟的孢子体。
Primaquine was synthesized in 1924. In 1926, it was used as a red-phase anti-malaria agent in the animal model of radical malaria. In 1950, it was found that primaquine malaria is superior to pamaquine and can kill sporophytes of gametophyte and falciparum malaria.
