在读完《乡镇论坛》2007年3月上半月刊王言钦的《“税费尾欠”不应该再欠下去》一文后,我们这些乡镇干部觉得这篇文章指出了当前农村面临的突出问题,具有一定的普遍性,是当前推进社会主义新农村建设不可回避和亟待解决的问题。
