蔬菜中到底有多少农药残留,一直是老百姓最关心的问题。其实,不同季节、不同种类的蔬菜农药残留量也不同。从种类上讲,豆类、绿叶类和茄果类蔬菜的农残检出率最高。农产品监测中心的统计显示,农残合格率从低到高依次是豆类、茄果类、白菜类、绿叶蔬菜、芋薯根菜类、葱蒜类、瓜类、食用菌类。绿叶菜的农药残留多,是因为它们的叶片柔软、水分多,虫子爱吃,所以喷的农药也多。另外,有香味的菜农残低。蒿子秆、茼蒿、香菜等本身有一种很浓的香辛味,是天然的驱虫剂。从季节上讲,冬季农药残留偏低,春、夏、秋季偏高。因为冬季室内外温差比较大,空气流通不是很好,不适合害虫繁殖,因此农药用得少,农残低。
