近年来,随着我国经济和科技的飞速发展,建筑行业也随着发展起来并正朝着多元化的方向发展,各种建筑项目纷纷建立起来,随着建筑的日益增多,建筑行业的发展前景变得越来越大,同时,这也为发展建筑行业带来了挑战和机遇,在实际的建筑施工中容易出现一系列的质量问题,这对建筑工程管理工作增加了不少难度。在目前市场经济的激烈竞争中,就如何加强建筑工程的具体管理工作,对实现节约成本以及提高工程质量水平和安全保障的目标具有十分重要的意义。文章通过介绍建筑工程管理的现状,针对性分析了在建筑工程的施工管理过程中的一些创新管理模式,建筑企业只有通过持续地提高建筑施工的管理水平,一步一步地建立以及完善相关的管理制度,才能逐步提高建筑工程的施工以及管理效率,有效降低建筑施工成本,最大限度保障建筑的施工质量水平。
